Shipping and packing

Wolf Art prints are packed in a solid cardboard tubes and boxes.

Wolf Art prints are sent via Post Express, with whom we have a contract. You can see the list of countries to which we are shipping to if you click HERE. If your country is not on the list, you cannot shop via our online store, but we can send you the desired product via DHL, so please feel free to contact us via email [email protected].

We usually take 1 to 2 business day for processing and handling your order.
Depending on your location expected (but not strict) transit time is between 7 and 21 business days.

When the package has been dispatched, you will receive a code via email and you can track your order by entering the code on the link: www.posta.rs/struktura/eng/aplikacije/alati/posiljke.asp

If the package does not arrive within the given time, please send an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to find out why there has been a delay or we will send you another package at our expense.

If the shipment arrives damaged, please send an email to [email protected] within 72 hours with a photograph that clearly shows the damage and we will send you a new one at our expense.

Depending on the country you are ordering from, you may be charged certain taxes and duties that are not included in the price and that’s beyond the control of Wolf Art.
